Oleg has spent more than 20 years in industrial sealing, working for manufacturers and suppliers of industrial equipment and sealing solutions across Europe and Australia. He has worked across the market, making, supplying and using seals, with a strong focus on technical sales.

He founded Seallect to help engineers, maintenance teams and buyers navigate fragmented sealing information, built around practical applications and clear, well-founded technical choices. His aim is to make Seallect the independent reference point for selecting sealing solutions.

Vlad is an AI engineer with nearly a decade of experience across data science, machine learning and production AI systems. He started in consulting, led a government data science team, and now works as a senior AI engineer in health tech. He is a speaker at AI Engineer Sydney 2026, presenting adaptive agentic systems that learn from user feedback.

He supports Seallect as a consultant, bringing hands-on experience in model evaluation, personalisation and agentic systems. This expertise is key to building a selection assistant that is accurate and reliable.
